It is an automatic roll forming line for the production of grates from strip for water discharging channels with simple "C" shape and "T" shape. The line presents two different set of rolls mounted side by side on the roll forming line. Cutting and punching are carried out before the roll forming in order to avoid to change the cutting dies. The change of width on the roll forming line is realized through spacers. Between the punching press, the cut and the roll forming line (bending) there is a motorized transport roll conveyor with a centering system from one profile to another. An unloading and stacking unit can be added as an option. The products that can be obtained from this line can be realized in different materials and thicknesses, depending on the customer's requirements.

It is a motorized decoiler (or idle on request) with the capacity of 2 tons. Complete with hydraulic power pack and independent electric plant. Hydraulic unit for the spindle regulation, an electric plant for the automatic / manual mode and for the speed regulation. Complete with loop, arm for the loop control, and spokes to maintain the strip in the correct position.

It is a straightener with a pneumatic feeder added. It is made up of a total of 9 rolls (2 feeders and 7 straighteners). The main function generally is to feed a punching press, to straighten and to take out tensions from the sheet before being punched. This model has a useful width up to 300 mm.

It is the mechanical punching press complete with dies. These dies are tailor-made based on the customer's requests and are made of the most suitable material to perform the pre-cutting (s). Their function makes them particularly important for the final result, and it is precisely for this reason that PM follows their entire development with particular precision.

Roll forming line of high quality, productivity and flexibility. It is characterized by the rapid change of cassettes (it is possible to change the product in a few hours) and materials and finishing rigorously controlled to guarantee for the client more production and less maintenance.
